The tasking is to provide reliability, maintainability, systems safety, diagnostics, and testability support of Naval aircraft and their subsystems during the design, development, production and in-service cycles. It is anticipated that this requirement will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is further anticipated this will be a non-performance based, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) effort with a level of effort of 715,000 man-hours over a five (5) year period of performance. The Government plans to release a solicitation during the fourth quarter of FY16.
