Please use FBO to access information posted by the NSWC Division Crane.Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a five year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Impact Science & Technology, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Exelis, Inc.) 85 Northwest Blvd, Suite B, Nashua, NH 03063-4068. The unpriced BOA will have a ceiling of $22,500,000. The Statement of work within the BOA covers Program Management Support, System Engineering Support, Field Service Representatives, Equipment Support, Depot Operations Repair Services, Spares and Foreign Military Sales in support of the AN/VLQ-13(V)1 & (V)2 CREW Vehicle Receiver Jammer Countermeasures System. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis. Only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy the agency requirements. The basis for restricting competition is duplication of costs to the Government in qualifying a new vendor would not be recouped tough competition and the Government does not have unlimited rights to the technical data package. Deliveries will be FOB Destination, NSWC - Crane Division, Crane, IN 47522. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by NSWC Crane personnel.The proposed contract action is for support services and supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Impact Science & Technology under the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Individual Job Orders will also be synopsized 30 days prior to award.The Solicitation will not be made available tough the Government point of entry. www.fbo.gov and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed.
