HSFE70-17-R-0014 is a request for proposal (RFP) to provide Shelf-Stable, Self-Heating, Reduced Sodium and Commercial Meals. This requirement will be Full and Open. The NAICS codes for this requirement is 311991 - Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing.It is anticipated that multiple Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) awards will result from this solicitation. FEMA intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Supply Contract with a base period of performance of one year with four twelve Month option periods.The scope of work provides the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) a reliable logistical supply chain to provide shelf-stable (30-36 months), self-heating, reduced sodium and commercial meals toughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS).
