THE ORIGINAL DESIGN WAS COMPLETED BY EDWARD ROWSE UNDER CONTRACT HSCGG1-12-J-PRV150. THE FOLLOWING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR BUILDING 212 AND 215. SUBMITTAL REVIEW PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT SUBMITTAL REVIEW FOR THE COAST GUARD CONTRACTING OFFICER OR HIS/HER AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE DURING THE COURSE OF PROJECT EXECUTION. CONSTRUCTION CONSULTATIONS THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE OF WORK THREE TIMES FOR CONSULTATION WITH THE CEU PROJECT MANAGER/COTR.
