AT 65% DESIGN, (APPROXIMATELY JULY 2008), THE CAISSONS HAD EXCEEDED THE CAPACITY OF THE BUILDING AND WAS PUSHING THE LIMITS OF THE STRUCTURE. THE ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR TEST FITS = $109,233. AT 95% DESIGN (AUGUST 31, 2008) THE PROJECT WAS MOVED FROM THE ROOF TO PLATFORM SYSTEMS HAD TO BE MITIGATED TO THE PLATFORM. TEST FITS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS MOVE INCLUDED ELECTRICAL AND STRUCTURAL AND FUELED BY MECHANICAL. ADDITIONAL SERVICES FOR PLATFORM DESIGN = $163,440. PLATFORM DESIGN TOOK PLACE BETWEEN JULY 2008 TO APPROXIMATELY NOVEMBER 2008 WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF GEOTECHNICAL, CIVIL FIRMS TO RELOCATE UTILITIES, AND GROUND PENETRATING RADAR (GPR). PHASE II INCLUDED AN EXTENSION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FROM THE END OF PHASE 1 TO PRESENT = $186,204.THIS MODIFICATION PROVIDES FOR FULL PAYMENT OF ALL DIRECT AND INDIRECT COSTS DUE TO THE CONTRACTOR, ITS PARTNERS AND SUBCONTRACTORS FOR THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE.
