This software will facilitate the security operations center s (SOC) requirement to perform continuous monitoring as mandated by OMB circular a-123. The software also plays a direct role in the process of ensuring the agency maintains a set of controls to protect federal information and information systems as outlined under the federal information security management act (fisma).
