Added: Mar 24, 2010 9:11 am This is a sources sought notice announcing a presolicitation conference to be held at GSA, Building 41, Denver Federal Center, 6th and Kipling Street located in Lakewood, CO. The meeting is to be held in the Remington Arms Conference Room located on the first floor of Building 41; on April 01, 2010 from 9:00 am to 1030 am Mountain Time. This announcement in NOT a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Invitation for Bids (IFB) and does not commit the Government to award a contract now or in the future, nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. No solicitation is available at this time. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is acting on behalf of its' client, Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA), Health Facilities Division to provide an Enterprise IDIQ contractual vehicle for Operations and Maintenance of up to 40 AFMSA Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) toughout the United States and overseas. The facilities operations and maintenance services being requested require certified medical equipment operations and maintenance services. The geographic diversity could be worldwide. Small businesses will only have to consider CONUS locations. It is GSA FAS' intent to award a 1-year base IDIQ contract with 4-one year options for up to eight contractors (up to 5 large and 3 small businesses). The IDIQ ceiling will be up to $750 Million, with minimum guarantee of $20,000.00 per IDIQ contract awarded. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561210 - Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $32.5 Million. GSA FAS has determined the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be the single database registration for contractors who conduct business or who are interested in conducting business with GSA. GSA's procurement and finance policies require contractors to be registered for consideration in future solicitations, awards, and payment, GSA Contracting Officers worldwide utilize CCR to identify possible sources and Financial Officers use the system to make payments. To register in CCR, vendors may use one of the following methods: (a) call telephone number 1-888-CCR-2423 for further information; or (b) input information directly into the CCR database tough the web application at http://www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must be registered in CCR prior to any contract award for any government solicitations. Contractors must also be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA). The ORCA website address is http://orca.bpn.gov. Interested parties that believe they possess the capabilities necessary to undertake the requirement and plan on attending the presolicitation meeting, should submit an email to the individual listed below.
