The government is considering a 5 Year, NTE $48,000,000.00 contract. The government is also interested in identifying all sources including Small Businesses. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. Added: Sep 01, 2017 10:07 am Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Contracting Office (AEDC/PZl), Arnold AFB, TN anticipates the release of a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) five-year contract. The contract's purpose is to fulfill the requirements for projects including mechanical design, installation, minor construction, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, water system and steam system. Additionally, work will require providing a solution to continue the sustainment, restoration and modernization (SRM) of existing capabilities (compatibility with current control systems is the only restriction). Integration of capability related requirements (current control systems) will be addressed at the task order level as a technical requirement in each Statement of Work. Work shall be in accordance with basic contract with general specifications and individual delivery orders with individual project specifications, instructions, and performance period.
