This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing an other than full and open competition Firm Fixed-Priced 5 Year Delivery Protection Policy Buy for a spares contract for the following assets applicable to the AN/ALR - 46/69(V) Power Supply, NSN: 6130-01-576-8907EW, P/N ALR69F0PS1701, P/N ASSY 1330 REV A, P/N PSD-572: Alternate 1 Bid A (unqualified source): First Articles: 2 Each; First Article Data 1 LO; Mission Essential Quantity (MEQ) 32 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option 1 Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option II Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option III Quantity Range 25-45 Each. Bid B (qualified source): MEQ 32 Each; Production Option Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option I Quantity Range 25-45 Each: Option II Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option III Quantity Range 25-45 Each. Alternate 2: Bid C (unqualified source): First Articles: 2 Each; First Article Data 1 LO; Production Option Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option 1 Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option II Quantity Range 25-45 Each; Option III Quantity Range 25-45 Each. This contract will be for one (1) basic year with four (4) annual options, including the initial Production Quantity Option, and will be established as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Should all options be exercised, the total duration of the contract will be a maximum of 5 years. The proposed contract action is for the acquisition of supplies for which the Government intends to compete the MEQ between two qualified sources: Strike Technology Inc. DBA Wilocor, Cage Code 22100, and Martek Power Inc., Cage Code 15755. The other than full and open competition portion will be for the options. Dimensions: 7.8 in (L) x 5.3 in (W) x 1.2 in (H). Weight: 5.0 lbs. Predominant Material of Manufacture: Constructed of aluminum, fiberglass and various electronic components. Item Form/Fit/Function: Takes 115 VAC, 400HZ, 3-Phase input power and provides 4 low voltage outputs. Anticipated Destination Info: SW3119 (Robins AFB, GA). The anticipated Delivery Schedule is as follows: For the First Articles: 270 days ARO funded delivery order; for the First Article Data: IAW DD1423; for the Option Quantities: 10 Each per month beginning 3 months ARO. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The anticipated release date of the RFP: 12 Jan 2018; anticipated response/proposal due date: 12 Feb 2018. It is anticipated that some of the attachments will need to be accessed via EXPORT CONTROL.
