CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, LABOR, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW ADDITION TO THE EXISTING FACILITY. THE CURRENT BUILDING SPACE IS LIMITED AND NEEDS TO BE EXPANDED TO SUPPORT NEW MISSION REQUIREMENTS. THE EXPANSION CONSISTS OF THE CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTING (VIA DESIGN/BUILD METHODS) A HIGH BAY MAINTENANCE AREA AND AN ADMINISTRATIVE WORK AREA TO ACCOMMODATE ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL. THIS REQUIREMENT ALSO ENCOMPASSES REPAIR TO THE EXISTING BUILDING, AS WELL AS THE REPAIR OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT TO BE COMPLIANT WITH AFM 32-1084 REGULATIONS.
