ASBESTOS ABATEMENT B1360 THE PRIMARY SCOPE OF THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIAL (ACM) IN BUILDING 1360 AS DICTATED ON THE DRAWINGS AND AS SPECIFIED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. THE REMOVAL OF THE ACM SHALL BE BY COMPETENT PERSONS TRAINED, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND QUALIFIED IN THE TECHNIQUES OF ABATEMENT, HANDLING AND DISPOSAL OF ACM, AND THE SUBSEQUENT CLEANING OF CONTAMINATED AREAS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ACM IN ACCORDANCE WITH TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND EPA REGULATIONS.
