Description

The fhwa seeks to build on the current state of the practice and activities that the transportation community is undertaking as IT relates to msat emissions analysis. Our goal is to use case studies and the recent MOVES2014 model and other research efforts to update the information provided to transportation practitioners and stakeholder. The required use of MOVES2014 and the need to provide technical assistance to the users of the fhwa msat interim guidance will also mean that the interim guidance and existing tools need to be updated. We are therefore requesting a task order for the mobile source air toxic (msat) research, analysis and outreach. This is a two phased effort, with an optional phase 2. The total amount of the phase 1 obligation is $150,000. The total amount of the optional phase 2 is $150,000, subject to availability of funds. If both phases are exercised the total amount of this procurement is $300,000. The period of performance shall be 19 months.
