Description
The air traffic control/technical operations human factors research program within the federal aviation administration (FAA) provides leadership and products to motivate national airspace system (NAS) evolution to ensure the system's human component will safely and reliably perform to meet the flying public's needs. This task will provide programmatic support related to managing the research program including, but not limited to documenting and tracking research requirements throughout the research project lifecycle, monitoring project milestones and deliverables, organizing and taking minutes at meetings that execute the program's function, measuring program performance, responding to requests about the research portfolios, and assisting the program with meeting reporting requirements and other related tasks. Supporting these programmatic functions will allow for ANG-C1 to more efficiently and effectively manage the air traffic control/technical operations human factors program.
