Added: Jul 31, 2012 8:03 am The Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Procurement Services (OPS), intends to issue a solicitation for firm-fixed price proposals in support of a Bureau of Labor Affairs (ILAB) program office requirement. The solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Full & Open Competition (F&OC) procedures. All interested parties responsive to the solicitation requirements will be considered. The OPS anticipates awarding two (2) or more Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity multiple award contracts (MACs) from the solicitation. It has been determined tough market research that the services to be acquired are commercial in nature, and that a sufficient number of vendors exist in the industry with capability to meet the Performance Work Statement requirements. The solicitation will be published to www.fbo.gov on or about 03 August 2012. Interested vendors are encouraged to monitor the www.fbo.gov site for the solicitation posting, as no paper copies will be provided otherwise. The NAICS under which the solicitation will be issued is 541611 ($7.0M).Prospective sources electing to submit a proposal in response to the RFP, when posted, are highly encouraged to read the solicitation in its entirety, specifically the instructions to offers section, to ensure that submissions comply with all solicitation requirements.
