Added: Jun 03, 2015 10:45 am This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a contractor to provide support to develop IT models, IT standard reference implementations, IT tools, and to develop standard reference database (SRD) applications, and support scientific and technical information archival projects.Offerors will be responsible for obtaining related amendments to this solicitation, if any, from www.fbo.gov. FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation will be used.This RFP is for an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one (1) twelve-month base period plus four (4) one-year option periods. NIST requires Contractor support to fulfill this mission in the Information Technology and Chemical and Materials Science fields.NIST has a requirement for a Contractor to provide support to develop IT models, IT standard reference implementations, IT tools, and to develop standard reference database (SRD) applications, and support scientific and technical information archival projects.The contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for one (1) twelve-month base period plus four (4) one-year option periods.
