THIS IS A TIME AND MATERIALS TASK ORDER ISSUED UNDER IDIQ CONTRACT DE-EM0003836. THE IDIQ TASK ORDER CONTRACTOR (HEREINAFTER CONTRACTOR) SHALL PROVIDE TECHNICAL SERVICES CREATE DATA QUALITY OBJECTIVES (DQOS) IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE DOE TO MAKE FUTURE DECOMMISSIONING AND CONTRACTUAL DECISIONS FOR THE REMAINING MPPB STRUCTURE. THESE DQOS SHALL BE PREPARED USING THE PROCESS DESCRIBED IN EPA QA/G-4, GUIDANCE ON SYSTEMATIC PLANNING USING THE DATA QUALITY OBJECTIVES PROCESS, AND MUST BE DELIVERED WITHIN SIX WEEKS OF THE TASK ORDER MODIFICATION. DOE EXPECTS THE SCOPE OF THIS WORK TO INCLUDE COLLABORATIVE MEETINGS WITH THE DOE-WVDP AND CHBWV STAFF TO DISCUSS FUTURE DECISIONS FOR MANAGEMENT OF THE STRUCTURE.
