The goal of the USAID Human and Institutional Capacity Development 2020 (HICD 2020) contract awarded to Me&A Creative Solutions was to achieve tangible improvements in the human and institutional capacity of USAID's strategic partner organizations in Georgia that play a strategic role in the Government of Georgia's (GoG) reform agenda. Under the contract, Me&A and its consortium members Chemonics International and Performance Design Partners implemented USAID's HICD model of structured and integrated processes to identify fundamental causes of performance gaps in local partner organizations and establish performance monitoring systems to address gaps and establish a cyclical process of continuous performance improvement. Subcontracts were awarded to GEC JSC, Policy And Management Consulting Group LLC (PMCG), and Chemonics International to provide short-term technical assistance services, institutional and performance assessments, business process improvements, organizational development strategies, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, governance structures, human resources management, training, knowledge management, communication strategies, and information technology assessments to help strengthen 13 government and non-government partner organizations in Georgia.
