The United States Agency for International Development Office of Middle East awarded Chemonics International Inc. a delivery order under the Public Financial Management Project indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity master contract to implement the Fiscal Reform for a Strong Tunisia program in Tunisia from August 2017 to December 2020 on a time and materials pricing type. The scope of work included acquiring a webcasting system to enhance communications capacity at the Ministry of Finance, developing and delivering a customer service training plan and curriculum for Ministry of Finance officials and tax administration agents, and supplying GAMS software from Future Net Corporation to support fiscal reform efforts and strengthen public financial management as part of the United States' response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic through the National Interest Action Code.
