Added: Apr 11, 2011 11:53 am AG-82X9-S-11-0062, this is a new project for IDIQ Roads Related Work Construction/Reconstruction Project the USDA Forest Service, Medicine Bow Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grasslands located in Region Two. The resultant contracts will be for road and parking area maintenance; road obliteration; clearing and grubbing; culvert installation and repair; sign installation and repair; erosion control; gate and fencing installation and repair; cattle guard installation and repair; material haul; haul and placement of imported borrow or aggregate; geo-textile placement; and other related road work for the Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests and Thunder Basin National Grasslands. This program will consist of multiple awards using an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract vehicle. Two (2) pre-proposal site visits are scheduled; May 4, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Laramie, Wyoming and May 11, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Details of these meetings will be included in the solicitation. The pre-proposals are NOT mandatory. All participants must RSVP by May 3, 2011 for the Laramie meeting and May 10, 2011 for the Steamboat Springs meeting, by contacting Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at 970-295-6683. This is a total HUBZone set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation is on or around April 18, 2011. The due date will be identified on the solicitation. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Malinda (Mindy) Jiminez at mrjiminez@fs.fed.us or via facsimile to 970-295-6699. All Offerors shall be registered to the Central Contractor's Registry (CCR) in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must be registered in ORCA in accordance to FAR 52.204-8 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all evaluation criteria in Section M of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these tee criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers.
