Heritage Program Services, National Forests in Mississippi
Added: Nov 17, 2015 3:43 pm The National Forests in Mississippi is soliciting contractors to perform heritage program services on National Forest land. For this requirement, the Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, facilities, expertise, and incidentals necessary to perform a range of heritage program activities on the National Forests in Mississippi. Archaeological survey, site delineation and evaluation, and report preparation are expected to be the primary tasks. Additional/related tasks may be offered depending on Forest need. This is a request for proposals which will result in award of multiple firm fixed price, performance-based, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for a basic period of performance from the date of award tough December 31, 2016, plus four (4) one-year option periods. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the option period(s), if exercised. The government anticipates making award to multiple offerors as a result of the solicitation. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on initial offers.The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about December 1, 2015.
