Archaeological Survey Services, Ouachita National Forest
Added: Dec 03, 2015 1:22 pm The Ouachita National Forest in is soliciting contractors to perform archaeological survey services. For this requirement, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, permits, licenses and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided, to successfully complete all aspects of professional cultural resources services for a wide variety of activities on National Forest lands in Arkansas and Oklahoma. The primary tasks will be archeological survey (both tract surveys and linear projects) and site evaluation. However, tasks may not be limited to archeological survey and evaluation. This is a request for proposals which will result in award of multiple firm fixed price, performance-based, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts for a basic period of performance from the date of award tough December 31, 2016, plus four (4) one-year option periods. Submission of an offer for the basic contract period constitutes an offer to perform in the option period(s), if exercised. The government anticipates making award to multiple offerors as a result of the solicitation. This project is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Award will be made based on the best value to the government and can be made on initial offers.The solicitation and related documents will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/ on or about December 18, 2015.
