Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Construction, Ouachita National Forest and Ozark-St. Francis National Forest
Added: Nov 26, 2012 2:18 pm The Ouachita National Forest and Ozark-St. Francis National Forests are seeking sources for Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) for Construction on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) basis. Typical work includes, but is not limited to: interior and exterior renovations, bridges, demolition, limited utilities, site-work, landscaping, fencing, masonry, roofing, concrete, asphalt paving, storm drainage, and construction of new facilities, limited design-build and other related work. All will be in accordance with individual task order requirements, specifications and drawings provided with each project or master specifications. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes are under 236 and 237. The small business size standard is generally $33.5 million.Any resultant contract will be issued for a base period (1 year) plus four one-year option periods, not to exceed 5 (five) years. Range of task orders issued will be between $2,000 to $2,000,000. Maximum dollar value per contract will be $5,000,000. In order to receive an award from any resultant solicitation, the successful offeror must be System for Award Management (SAM) registered.
