The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Air and Marine Operations (AMO) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the procurement of Aircraft Pilot Training Services in a variety of Rotary Wing (RW) helicopters and Fixed Wing (FW) airplanes. The aircraft for Initial/Transition and Annual/Recurrent Training are: Eurocopter AS350, Eurocopter EC120, UH1, King Air 200, King Air 350, C-12 Huron, Citation II/C-550, Dash 8, Pilatus PC-12 Series, Sikorsky S76B, and UH60 Blackhawks. These training services must be in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and among the FAA certified providers in accordance with Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations, commonly known as the Federal Aviation Regulations. More than one Offeror may be awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Prices and limited Time and Material and Cost Reimbursable Contract Line Items under this Solicitation.
