The contract encompasses approximately 420 service lines across seven service plans serving the Embassy in Quito and Consulate in Guayaqual, including data allowances ranging from 10 to 150 gigabytes per line, unlimited domestic calling within Ecuador, international long-distance capabilities, Short Message Service and WhatsApp services, 4G LTE/4G+ technology standards, international roaming, mobile hotspot functionality, 24-hour service coverage, and monthly detailed reporting on service utilization and expenses.
