FBI Architecture-Engineering Services IDIQ Ceiling Increase
This Special Notice announces the Federal Bureau of Investigation's intent to negotiate sole source contract modifications to increase the ceiling amount of five existing Region 2 Architecture, Engineering and Planning indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts by $27.5 million, from $50 million to $77.5 million shared capacity. The purpose is to ensure continuation of support services in Huntsville, Alabama while the FBI prepares to competitively award a new multiple-award IDIQ.
The ceiling increase will support a wide variety of architecture, engineering, and planning services including design development, cost estimating, commissioning, construction administration, and on-site personnel support. Interested parties may identify their interests or capabilities statements by May 22nd via email to the Contracting Officer. While this is not a competitive solicitation, the FBI may decide not to sole source at its discretion based on any responses received. The modifications will not extend the period of the existing IDIQ contracts which are held by five firms.
