NO OTHER INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED ON THE DATE IDENTIFIED BELOW** Solicitation Documents: The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) requiring both price and technical proposals responding to evaluation criteria described in the solicitation. Documents will only be available electronically to download from this website on or about February 10, 2020. Description: Contract work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, transportation and materials required to remove, dispose, pump, excavate, furnish and install improvements for Campground Water Systems. Unless otherwise provided, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, tools, supervision, materials and any necessary incidentals to accomplish work on this project. Location: There are four campground locations where work will be accomplished. Tannery Gulch, Stoney Point, and Clark Springs Campgrounds are located along State Highway 3, around the Stuart Fork Arm of Trinity Lake, in Trinity County, CA. Ackerman Campground is located along Lewiston Lake, on Trinity Dam Boulevard, approximately ½ mile south of Trinity Lake Dam, in Trinity County, Ca. Tannery Gulch, Stoney Point and Clark Springs Campgrounds: From Redding, CA, take Hwy 299 west for 44 miles to Weaverville. Take Hwy 3 from Weaverville to the west side of Trinity Lake. Tannery Gulch Campground is located approximately 13 miles north of Weaverville, CA, follow road signs into campground from Hwy 3. Stoney Point Campground/Stoney Swim Area is located approximately 14 miles north of Weaverville, CA and the work is located along the shoulder of southbound Hwy 3 near the Stoney Swim Area parking lot. Clark Springs Campground is located approximately 18 miles north of Weaverville, CA on Hwy 3. Follow road signs into campground from Hwy 3. Ackerman Campground: From Redding, CA, take Hwy 299 west for 28 miles to Trinity Dam Blvd, then 12 miles north on Trinity Dam Blvd to Ackerman Campground. .Price Range: $100,000 - $250,000 Estimated Start Date: April 01, 2020 Set-Aside: This project is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Bonds: A Bid guarantee is required with the quote. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required of the successful contractor within 10 days of award. This project is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this project is 115310. The small business size standard is no greater than $20.5 Million in average annual receipts. The Government intends to award up to 15 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Manual Fuels Reduction located on 6 national forests in Northern California. The Types of work will include all activities to maintain a healthy forest environment activity involved, but not limited to, treatments such as slashing, brushing, thinning, pullback, lopping and scattering, pruning, chipping, piling, covering piles, fuel break construction and burning activities are contemplated under this contract. The task orders against these contracts will be competed amongst the IDIQ contract awardees over the life of the contracts. The Maximum allowed to be ordered against all contracts is a total of $7 million, the expected IDIQ term is 5 years. Documents are available electronically to download from this website on or about April 14, 2020 Description: The project requires the furnishing of labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and materials to replace the existing two HVAC systems (furnaces and A/C condensers) for the Chester Air Tanker Base Main Office Building (3500SF). The work consists of: Removing and disposing the current HVAC systems: two furnaces (Model: Carrier- 58MVP100-F-15120), two A/C condenser units (Model: Carrier 38TDB044300) and all associated connections as necessary. Replacing these units with energy star same sized units that will work and be compatible with the existing compressor, HVAC control system, and utility connections. Installing gas, electrical, flue, new coils, and condensate connections to existing utility systems as required by the manufacturer for the new systems; reconnecting the units to existing ductwork and minor modifications to utility closet space/control panel as required to accommodate the new units. Furnace Units shall be on propane gas, with heating 100,000 BtuHr, 90% or greater AFUE A/C Compressor Units shall be 4 Ton Energy Star qualified with a minimum 16 SEER rating, nominal capacity of 48,000 Btuh, designed for operation on 230/208 Volt, Single Phase, 60 Hz power. Testing, adjusting, and air balancing the HVAC system after installation Verifying proper operation of all equipment.
