THIS PROJECT WILL INCLUDE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GRADE CONTROL STRUCTURE CONSISTING OF TWO (2) 96 POLYMER-COATED CORRUGATED STEEL PIPES ON DITCH 3 AS IT ENTERS THE BUFFALO CREEK DIVERSION DITCH IN MISSISSIPPI COUNTY, ARKANSAS. THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES WILL INVOLVE CLEARING AND STRIPPING OF APPROXIMATELY 1 ACRE, EXCAVATION OF AN EXISTING CHANNEL AND ADJACENT SPOIL PILE, INSTALLATION OF STONE PROTECTION FOR DRAINAGE INLET AND OUTLET AREAS, STORM WATER POLLUTION PREVENTION, AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION. THE ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE PROPOSED WORK IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000.
