The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Norfolk District has a requirement for a design-build project to construct tee (3) four-bedroom Company Grade Officers (CGO 01-03) housing units on Government-owned land at Letterkenny Army Depot, Letterkenny, PA. The project includes supporting infrastructure, energy conservation, and required neighborhood amenities, electrical distribution system, water and sewage systems, access streets, driveways, sidewalks, privacy at the rear of each unit, recreational amenities and landscaping, which comply with the requirement in the Scope of Work. The solicitation number assign to this acquisition is W91236-09-R-0057. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract using One-Phase Design-Build Selection Procedures and Contracting by Negotiation procedures outlined in FAR 36 and FAR 15.
