The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey on behalf of the Project Manager Towed Artillery Systems intends to solicit multiple firm-fixed-price contracts to transport qualifying 155mm mobile howitzer systems to Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona for a Shoot-Off Evaluation scheduled in the second quarter of fiscal year 2021.
