4.1 Detailed Tasks: The developmental process will be broken down into three overlapping phases each of which build upon each other and integrate with other existing sources of information. System Engineering Support Applying System Engineering support expertise, the contractor shall perform the following tasks designed to methodically approach for development of capability development and/or systems engineering: The contractor shall provide the following work scope support: â ¢The contractor shall act as a consultant and advisor to the Chair of the SOSA Technical Working Groups. â ¢The contractor shall assist the Chair of the SOSA Technical Working Group in the development of the next SOSA Snapshot and / or version. The contractor shall draft technical reports and publications, as requested by the government, analyzing compression tradeoffs to support technical advocacy activities. The contractor, in collaboration with industry partners, shall describe their assessments of and recommendations for each of the SOSA phenomenology. The contractor should document how the SOSA standards would support the integration of into other Open Systems Architectures such as OMS, COARPS, OCS, Big IRON, Arcade, MORA, etc. â ¦ and how the SOSA might need adapted to maintain functionality and configurability with the said of aligned standards.
