The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center awarded a sole-source, definitive contract to Raytheon Company for $33,668,137.92 to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the High-Speed Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) Targeting System (HTS) through November 2030. The contract includes a six-month base period with seven one-year option periods. Services will cover depot repair, sustaining engineering, program management, and other sustainment activities to maintain availability of the HTS pods. This requirement is not a small business set-aside. Raytheon is the original developer of the HTS system and is considered the only responsible source due to proprietary data rights. Major subcontractors include Teledyne Digital Imaging US, Inc., Cobham Integrated Electronic Solutions, Assurance Technology Corporation, Toray Advanced Composites, Murrietta Circuits, and Betatronix, which will provide various electronic components, engineering services, and manufacturing support.
