This will be a Lowest Price (LP) award conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14, Sealed Bidding, as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS). It is a construction only project. The magnitude of this project is expected between ¥1,218,300,000 and ¥3,045,750,000 in accordance with DFARS 236.204 (i), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude.
