The U.S. Air Force's Air Mobility Command awarded a $534.7K firm fixed-price definitive contract to Colorado Resource Solutions Inc. (CRS), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business headquartered in Willard, Utah, on October 1, 2025. The contract, designated as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside, supports chapel services operations at Joint Base Charleston in North Charleston, South Carolina, with a performance period extending through September 30, 2030. CRS will deliver comprehensive religious personnel and support services across multiple locations, including the Air Base, Naval Weapons Station, and the Naval Consolidated Brig at Goose Creek.
The scope of services encompasses five distinct religious service positions: Catholic Religious Education Coordinator, Catholic and Protestant Musician Program Directors, Rabbi Services, and Imam Services. CRS will provide weekly worship services, religious education programs, choir direction, and clergy services to support approximately 45-75 Protestant and Catholic members at the Air Base and 130 at the Weapons Station. Performance will be evaluated based on customer satisfaction metrics with a threshold of no more than two to three valid complaints per month per service area. This award builds upon CRS's established track record as a specialized provider of faith-based military support services, with ten prior Air Force contract awards totaling approximately $1.49 million across multiple installations nationwide.
