The U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) awarded a $652,512 firm-fixed-price definitive contract to Graham County Land Company, L.L.C., a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified HUBZone small business, for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of approximately 2.01 miles of Grove Road and Perimeter Road, including 0.22 miles of an earthen causeway, within the ACE Basin National Wildlife Refuge.
