This is a $14,995,401 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development's Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean to Chemonics International, Inc. to implement the Alliance for Root Causes and Opportunities (ARCO) activity in Mexico.
