Description

Westprime task order 74 - http redirect with HTTPS compliance the NASA ocio customer requests a proposal from the contractor on a solution to address HTTPS-only mandate. The solution requested is specifically for redirect services currently used in westprime environment that are not HTTPS-only compliant. DHS compliance implies that redirection must also support HTTPS. This requires additional certificate requirements for the sites being redirected. The application/site will be: - [production - public facing] - customer's environment will not contain itar data. - customer's environment will not contain PII data. - this project is time sensitive, with a deadline for complete implementation by 3/31/2017. - automation to add additional sites for redirection with very low effort and cost is desirable, but the contractor is free to present any viable technical approach. - if automation is not part of a least cost alternative, that least cost alternative should also be presented. The current implementation of westprime S redirection service does not support secure urls (HTTPS). This task order will allow for secure urls that are compliant with OMB mandate M-15-13 as verified by the DHS scanning team.
