This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation also incorporates FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) number 80NSSC19Q0650. This combined synopsis/solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses and includes amendments tough FAC 2019-02 effective May 6, 2019 and NFS PN 19-02, dated May 15, 2019. THIS REQUIREMENT IS 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. The purpose of this purchase order is to provide a commercially available Legal Document Management and Case Management / Docketing System ("System") similar to those in use by private legal practices in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). A copy of the PWS containing more information and an addendum to the terms and conditions of this contract along with other related attachments are included in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Contractors shall quote their price as follows and offer a breakdown of their pricing as described in the Addendum to Instructions to Offerors 52.212-1. The total period of performance for this requirement is five years (base year plus four option years) and will run from on or about July 15, 2019 tough on or about July 14, 2024.
