RCC Salerno

Department of the Army Materiel Command Expeditionary Contracting Command Regional Contracting Center Salerno, a subordinate contracting office within Army Materiel Command, executed expeditionary contracting operations in theater and has recorded no contract awards since June 2013. The contracting center awarded 5,778 contracts totaling $532.6 million in combined potential value over its operational history from 2004 through 2013, with $508.5 million obligated. Awards volume declined sharply in the final years of recorded activity: 583 awards in 2009, 525 in 2010, 538 in 2011, 127 in 2012, and 27 in 2013, signaling wind-down of the regional operation.

The contracting center operated without set-asides; all 5,778 awards were unrestricted, reflecting the operational contracting posture of an expeditionary command in a deployed theater environment. Sixty-six distinct prime contractors transacted with the office across the portfolio history, indicating a broad vendor base across field operations. No recent contract awards or open solicitations are recorded against this office as of today's date. The center's contracting authority has been inactive for over thirteen years and should not be considered active for current business development purposes.
