RCC Dwyer

Department of the Army Materiel Command Expeditionary Contracting Command Regional Contracting Center Dwyer is a regional contracting office within Army Materiel Command that procures goods and services in support of expeditionary operations. The office serves as a subordinate contracting activity and does not independently generate acquisition strategy; it executes requirements on behalf of customer commands.

Contract activity at the Regional Contracting Center Dwyer spans 796 awards issued between July 2009 and September 2012, with a combined potential value of $181 million and $178.5 million obligated to date. The office issued 143 awards in 2009, 299 in 2010, 280 in 2011, and 74 in 2012. No awards have been recorded since September 2012—a gap of fourteen years. The portfolio reflects a discrete operational period rather than ongoing contracting operations.

Across the portfolio history, 44 distinct prime contractors received awards. The set-aside mix was entirely unrestricted; all 796 awards carried no set-aside designation. The source does not identify the top contractors by award count or potential value, so competitive distribution cannot be characterized beyond the count of distinct firms.

No recent contract opportunities are recorded against this office. The most recent award date of September 2012 indicates that the Regional Contracting Center Dwyer is no longer active or has transitioned its procurement function. Business development professionals should verify current operational status and contracting authority before pursuing opportunities through this office.
