Contractors must comply with California's CALGreen waste diversion mandate (65 percent minimum recycling of construction and demolition debris), submit waste management and erosion-control plans, and adhere to all facility regulations. Questions on the bid are due September 30, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., with County responses due October 7, 2026.
