Work on East Paulding Drive and Bakers Bridge Road must be performed during nighttime hours (6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday), while all other roads are to be paved during daytime hours unless otherwise approved by the Project Engineer. All work must comply with Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Construction of Roads and Bridges (current edition) with modifications and special provisions as detailed in the bid documents. Sealed proposals are due by 10:00 A.M. EST on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Paulding County Purchasing Office, 240 Constitution Boulevard, Dallas, Georgia 30132, with bid opening and public reading to follow immediately thereafter. Bidders must submit written questions by Friday, March 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. to purchase@paulding.gov to allow adequate time for responses prior to bid opening. No incumbent vendor or current contractor information is provided in the available documents. The specific contract value is not disclosed in the bid materials; however, the scope encompasses significant materials and labor across 17.26 miles of roadwork. Paulding County retains the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities and re-advertise the project.
