Added: Nov 21, 2010 10:27 am Modified: Mar 08, 2011 4:31 pmTrack Changes Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervision, administration and management necessary to perform all work required by this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the construction, repair and maintenance of the Mechanical/Electrical subsystems, infrastructure repair and utilities support at Robins AFB GA. All responsible HubZone certified sources may submit a proposal. The government anticipates award of multiple firm fixed price IDIQ Contracts. Task orders will be issued against the contract will consist perform construction, repair and maintenance of mechanical/electrical subsystems, infrastructure repair and utilities support type projects. During the contract period, the Base Civil Engineer will identify mechanical/electrical type tasks required to complete each specific job and the Contracting Officer will issue individual task orders to the contractor to complete these jobs. No government office space will be provided. The performance period of each contract will consist of one year basic period and four one-year option periods. The guaranteed minimum contract amount will be $2000 for each contract and the combined aggregate maximum amount will be no more than $45,000,000. Contract award will be based on best value, using performance-price trade-off procedures (PPT) procedures. The official copy of the solicitation will not be available on compact disk (CD-ROM) or paper. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at www.fbo.gov. To be eligible for contract award, prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/. Contractors must also submit their representations and certifications at the onlne Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The estimated issue date of solicitation is 10 Dec 2010 with an estimated 45 calendar day response period.
