The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (413th CSB, RCO-HI), intends to solicit proposals for a Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) consisting of firm-fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Task Orders will be on an as needed basis. The term of the contract will consist of a 12-month base period (Performance commencement date of 1 December 2018) and four 12-month option periods to extend the term of the contract. This is a new requirement.
The objective of this procurement is to acquire real property repair, maintenance and minor construction for Army installations on the Islands of Oahu and Hawaii
This procurement will be a Women-Owned-Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. At the time that an offeror submits its offer, it must represent to the Contracting Officer that it is a Women-Owned Small concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with the small business size standard of $36.5 million.
Request for Proposal (RFP) is currently available. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website located at https://www.fbo.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information.The Government intends to award a minimum of four (4) MATOC contracts set aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
Minimum Guarantee for each WOSB is $20,000.00 for the base period and option periods. A minimum bid guarantee in the amount of the proposed "Seed" Project is required per contractor to award. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $84,000,000.00 (WOSB) to any one WOSB contractor.
At the time an offer submits its offer the offeror must be registered within the SAM database in order to receive an award for this procurement. This is a presolicitation notice issued with the intent to release a solicitation to acquire resources to support this requirement to acquire real property repair, maintenance and minor construction for Army installations on the Islands of Oahu and Hawaii. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
This is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract. Task Orders will be on an as needed basis. The government intends to award a minimum of four (4) individual Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) setaside for women-owned small-businesses (WOSB). Term of the contract is one base period plus four one-year option periods.
Minimum Guarantee for each WOSB is $20,000 for the base period and option periods. A minimum bid guarantee in the amount of $3,000,000 is required per contractor to award. The total of individual task orders placed against this contract shall not exceed $92,400,000 (WOSB) to any one contractor.
This is a competitive WOSB set aside element and will be limited to these firms on verification of certification on the SBA WOSB repository.
