About this file
This document contains a past performance evaluation questionnaire and details of a related federal contract opportunity. Services will be acquired through an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a minimum of four awards to women-owned small businesses. The base period of one year and four one-year options has a minimum guarantee of $20,000 per year for each awardee. The minimum bid amount to qualify for award is $3,000,000 per contractor. The total value of task orders per contractor cannot exceed $92,400,000.
