This solicitation seeks generator repair and installation services at the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency White Bluff facility located in Spokane, Washington. Questions and answers added are as follows:
Q: Is the normal power from the pad mount transformer to the main switchboard MDP1 ran through the can that is located where the ATS with be installed?
A: Yes
Q: Is there enough existing wire to be able to reuse to hook up the ATS?
A: There is enough to connect to the ATS and a 50/50 chance that there may be enough to get back to the MDP1. It is advised to err on the side of caution with the assumption that it may need to be replaced; therefore, if there isn’t enough you are covered.
