SUMMARY OF CHANGES

The purpose of this Amendment is to:

1. Update Questions and Government Answers document with additional questions [(Attach 4 Questions and Government Responses (Rev.02_17Jan24)]

Questions and answers added are as follows:

Q: Is the normal power from the pad mount transformer to the main switchboard MDP1 ran through the can that is located where the ATS with be installed?

A: Yes

Q: Is there enough existing wire to be able to reuse to hook up the ATS?

A: There is enough to connect to the ATS and a 50/50 chance that there may be enough to get back to the MDP1. It is advised to err on the side of caution with the assumption that it may need to be replaced; therefore, if there isn’t enough you are covered.

Fill out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and provide a copy with your proposal.
