This document includes a federal contract opportunity notice for logistics support services under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program V (LOGCAP V). The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island will issue a request for proposal on November 6, 2017 for global logistics services in support of U.S. military operations. Services will be aligned within six geographical combatant commands and may be required in any phase of military operations. Key services include management and planning, engineering, base camp services, supply management, maintenance, transportation, and health services. The contract will consist of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts with a minimum of four awards for an initial five-year period plus five one-year options. Concurrent task orders will be awarded for each combatant command region along with initial known requirements. The total maximum value is $82 billion over ten years. Proposals will be evaluated using best value tradeoff criteria.

Purpose:

The purpose of this matrix is to allow the Offeror to graphically show the Government how the Contractor's existing capability within each GCC/ASCC directly relates the service requirements that may be required under the associated LOGCAP V Task Order(s). Refer to the LOGCAP V Performance Work Statement regarding the definition of each service.

Instructions: (15 CONTRACT LIMIT) In the following Matrix, please place an "x" in the associated row for the Tech A-1 Service for each activity as it directly relates to LOGCAP services executed under existing or previous Government or commercial activity.
