GENERAL GUIDANCE
The information that you provide will be used in the award of an Army contract. Therefore, we ask that the information you provide to be complete and candid. If you do not have knowledge of or experience with the contractor that is referenced, then please forward this Questionnaire to the person who does. The completed Questionnaire is requested by the closing date of the RFP to be returned to Brian Knutson, Contracting Officer, and Ms. Alejandra Figueroa, Contract Specialist, and the LOGCAP V mailbox.
