This is a notice for the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) V solicitation. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Rock Island intends to issue a Request for Proposal on or about November 6, 2017 for global logistical support services to the U.S. Military through indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contracts with a minimum of four and up to six awardees. Services include setting the theater, supply operations, transportation, engineering, base camp services, and other logistics and sustainment support across all phases of military operations. The estimated maximum contract value is $82 billion over ten years across the six Geographical Combatant Commands. Proposals will be evaluated on a best value tradeoff basis. The minimum revenue guarantee will be satisfied through a setting the theater task order for each Command.

Purpose:

The purpose of this matrix is to allow the Offeror to graphically show the Government how the Contractor's existing capability within each GCC/ASCC directly relates the service requirements that may be required under the associated LOGCAP V Task Order(s). Refer to the LOGCAP V Performance Work Statement regarding the definition of each service.

Instructions: (15 CONTRACT LIMIT) In the following Matrix, please place an "x" in the associated row for the Tech A-1 Service for each activity as it directly relates to LOGCAP services executed under existing or previous Government or commercial activity.
