1.1 Scope
The former Eaker Air Force Base (AFB) is located in Blytheville, Arkansas. Eaker AFB was closed on 15 December 1992. Whole-base transfer completed in September 2002. The Gosnell Regional Airport Authority now operates the airfield as the Arkansas International Airport.
In addition to the requirements presented in this PWS, this scope includes the following:
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
Contractors are not responsible for the following:
· Investigation and remediation of PFAS, except as noted in Attachment 1.

2.6.1 Meeting/Teleconference Support
· The Contractor participate in Teleconferences with the United States Air Force (USAF) representatives to discuss the progress toward accomplishing project objectives. Currently, teleconferences are held on a quarterly basis.
2.6.2 Public Meetings and Hearings
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
2.6.5 Site Access: Permits, Easements, and Work Site Access
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
3.4 Computer Aided Design Drawing (CADD) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Updates
· No base-specific requirements in addition to those in the PWS.
6.14 Land Use Controls (LUC)
· The Contractor shall conduct Visual Site Inspections for sites identified in Attachment 1 and prepare a report. The next VSI event is due in 2020. Currently, VSIs are held on an annual basis.
6.15 Five-Year Reviews
· The Contractor shall prepare a Five-Year Review Report for sites identified in Attachment 1. The date for the next Five-Year Review Report is due March 2021.
